First off, that's why I hate Santa. Kids are smart. They know to cry. We're just too nice as adults and we hold back the fear tears.
Secondly, is Santa 2009 in his bathrobe. Kinda looks like it was a late night on the sleigh and somebody left him bacardi and bon bons instead of mild and cookies.

he does look like he's a wannabe gansta Santa..weird!! I like that it's the same one! :) The Lancaster Mall always has the same two so we have pictures with the same Santa too!

couldn't agree more with the brownie's and your cuz. i think it's funny he couldn't even get his santa clothes to button/zip/whatever up the front.
